1) The object blocked the money for me a week before, although it did not update the information on the booking and wrote to me to pay the money on time, otherwise the reservation would not be canceled. I was calling from Georgia throughout the day, contacting both booking and the hotel. I left the hotel this morning and it's still the same info. In short, this is the first misunderstanding. 2) Despite the fact that the amount was blocked 1 week before, when I arrived at the hotel, I paid the amount in cash and I am still waiting for the refund of the blocked amount. 3) The family room is located on the first floor, the window of which does not open, actually we had a hard time breathing, but it is also important that due to the sealed window, it never gets windy. :-( 3) There is very little choice for breakfast, the egg was overcooked, the plate was not washed, I had to clean it with a napkin. Parking costs 20 euros.
